Privacy Policy
1. Who We Are
Slavic Models (slavic-models.com) is an independent model and photography agency based in Kyiv, Ukraine. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you visit our website, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.
2. Data We Collect
We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the site and respond to your inquiries:
- Contact form data — name, email address, and any message you voluntarily submit via our collaboration or model application forms.
- Analytics data — anonymised page views, session duration, and device type, collected automatically via Google Analytics.
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, referring URL) retained for security and performance purposes.
We do not collect payment card details. Any purchases are processed through third-party payment providers under their own privacy policies.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To respond to collaboration requests and model applications.
- To understand how visitors use the site and improve its content and performance.
- To protect the site against abuse and unauthorised access.
- To fulfil any purchase or booking, if applicable.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process data on our behalf:
- FormSubmit.co — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox. Data is not stored permanently on their servers.
- Resend — sends our emails, including the link that confirms the email address of a model application.
- Neon — our database. A copy of each form submission is kept there for up to 12 months so we can reply and follow up, then deleted automatically.
- Google Analytics — website analytics. Data is anonymised and processed according to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Telegram — optional communication channel. Use is subject to Telegram's Privacy Policy.
- Vercel — website hosting. Standard access logs may be retained per Vercel's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.
5. Cookies
Our site uses functional and analytics cookies. Analytics cookies help us understand traffic patterns. You may disable cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site remains fully functional without them.
6. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to handle your request. Analytics data is retained for 14 months and then automatically deleted. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days.
7. Your Rights
Under applicable data protection law (including GDPR where applicable), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
- Object to or restrict processing of your data.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

TFP Kyiv (Telegram bot and Mini App)
If you join TFP Kyiv through our Telegram bot, we additionally process:
- Your Telegram ID, username and the phone number you share via the “Share contact” button. The phone number is visible only to the moderator and is never shown to other members.
- Your profile (name, date of birth, location, measurements, genres, bio, Instagram/portfolio link), photos and, for photographers, a video message used only for moderation.
- Public profiles (the default) are visible to anyone, including search engines; contacts are shared with another member only after both of you agree. Private profiles are visible to approved members only.
- You can delete your account and all data at any time with the /delete command in the bot. TFP Kyiv is for adults (18+) only.
- If you fill in the profile on the website, it is kept as a draft for up to 72 hours and deleted unless you finish signing up on Telegram. We keep your IP address only as an irreversible hash to fight spam.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS.
9. Children's Privacy
This website is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
